My life’s journey has served as an extraordinary teacher, illuminating my true essence, desires, and the lasting impact I wish to make on this beautiful planet. Guided by my trusted values, I have consciously chosen to specialize in inclusion and coaching. I aim to empower individuals and teams to transform, embracing their authentic selves and living lives of fulfillment.

By mentoring women and young people on their leadership journeys and leading circles in a worldwide women’s network, I contribute to UNDP’s gender equality goals and empower individuals to fulfill their potential.

As a compass leads the way, I have led DEIB programs and workshops for clients ranging from global corporates to start-ups. Through these initiatives, we foster awareness, ignite change, and create spaces for insightful conversations that deepen commitment and drive actionable outcomes.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and am a certified Co-Active Coach and trained Organization and Relationship Systems Coach. As a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), I uphold professional coaching standards, ensuring high engagement and impact in my collaborations.

Beyond my professional accomplishments, I actively support various social impact organizations. I am a Board Member for the She Supplies Foundation and Europe People& Culture Circle Lead of the TurkishWIN.
